Michael " Frosti" Zernow is known around the world as one of the longest practicing Parkour athletes in the world. After beginning his training a decade ago he has played a pivotal role in developing the Parkour world and culture. From working with Freerunning founder Sebastien Foucan on the Madonna Confessions World Tour, to representing Parkour as the youngest contestant ever to compete on CBS's Survivor Frosti has a unique style that blends explosive power of his athletic and martial arts background, the creativity and grace of dance and theater training, and world renowned flow which brought him and his team to the Finals of G4's Jump City: Seattle.
