How fast will I get my order?
Shipping times depend on your location (we ship from Southern California), the shipping method you choose, and the time of year.
- Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and late December through New Year’s), processing can take 2–4 business days.
- Standard shipping: Typically ships via USPS, and delivery time varies based on distance. UPS Ground may be available for an additional fee in some areas.
- Expedited shipping: UPS 2-Day (business days only). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT are typically processed the same business day; orders placed after are usually processed the next business day.
- Carrier delays: Once your order ships, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holiday volume, or carrier delays.
